Eshiam Software, a leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, is searching for passionate CyberArk Developers to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll be a technical expert responsible for all aspects of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) within the IAM lifecycle. You’ll leverage your expertise to design, develop, test, maintain, and support secure solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Implementation and Configuration:
- Install, configure, and customize CyberArk PAM based on business, security, and technical requirements.
- Develop and configure CyberArk modules for seamless integration with other systems.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Create clear and concise customer-facing documentation, including architectural design, requirements, and test plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain internal knowledge bases.
Support and Problem-Solving:
- provide ongoing support to our valued customers.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues from development to production, ensuring smooth operation.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation.
- Develop innovative solutions to support the transition of customer admins to CyberArk vaulting.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Participate actively in code reviews, integration, and deployment events.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, support) and external customers.
- Contribute to the development of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) team’s roadmap.
To be successful, you’ll possess the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience building, supporting, and integrating CyberArk in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of CyberArk capabilities: Privileged Access Suite, Secure Password Vault, Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager.
- Certifications: CyberArk Sentry and Defender (preferred).
- Proficiency in core Java concepts and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with IAM/ICAM methodologies and full PAM lifecycle management.
- Expertise with base target systems (UNIX, Linux, Active Directory).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) to collaborate with diverse teams.
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies in the IAM and security landscape.
