Job Summary
We are searching for a talented and motivated Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in SailPoint development and implementation to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing, testing, and deploying IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, with a focus on ServiceNow integration, Privileged Access Management (PAM) integration, and web services. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain valuable expertise in the IAM field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and customers to understand IAM requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including ServiceNow and PAM integration needs.
- Develop and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations, workflows, and connectors, specifically focusing on seamless integration with ServiceNow for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management.
- Leverage your Java and scripting skills (e.g., BeanShell) to customize SailPoint IdentityIQ functionality for integrating with PAM solutions like CyberArk.
- Develop and implement database solutions using SQL and experience with either MySQL or Oracle etc.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of IAM solutions, particularly when integrating with ServiceNow and PAM systems.
- Assist with debugging and troubleshooting SailPoint IdentityIQ issues, including integration challenges with ServiceNow and PAM.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SailPoint IdentityIQ features, ServiceNow APIs, PAM integrations, and web services best practices.
- Maintain a strong focus on code quality, documentation, and secure coding practices.
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and support teams to deliver successful IAM projects with robust ServiceNow and PAM integrations.
- Design and develop web services using appropriate frameworks to automate tasks and facilitate data exchange between SailPoint IdentityIQ and other IAM components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
- 2-4 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
- Proficiency in core Java concepts (e.g., object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms).
- Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, configuration, administration, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with scripting languages like BeanShell for SailPoint customization (preferred).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development (a plus).
- Experience with SQL and at least one of MySQL or Oracle for database management.
- Understanding of ServiceNow APIs and integration with SailPoint IdentityIQ (preferred).
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions like CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault (a plus).
- Experience with developing and consuming web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP) (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
