• Implementation of Rapid Setup Lifecycle Events as well as custom lifecycle events.
• Implementation of multiple customizations in Workflows, Rules.
• Fine-tuning of Aggregation and refresh tasks for performance improvement.
• Worked On Password Expiration Notifications which includes customization of email templates using velocity template language and custom rules.
