Identified and addressed the root cause of unmatched work items, significantly reducing instances and ensuring smoother processing of access requests.
Improved the performance of the Request Access Search feature, reducing search time from over three minutes to a more efficient duration, thereby enhancing the usability of the access request system.
Worked on the complex NewHireTracking report by collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth integration with a third-party application, resulting in accurate and reliable reporting.
Successfully implemented tight deadlines and complex Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows, managing multiple access conditions effectively to meet both technical and business needs.
Implemented UI level customizations and Plugins as per the customer UI requirements.
